Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as your credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Collective-Stories does not undertake any automated decision making relating to any Service activities except for third party fraud checking services that may automatically decline a credit or debit card transaction.

 

Collective-Stories will not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.  By using the Website, you represent that you are at leas 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Our website is provided by Wix. Wix collects information about you on our behalf in order to process any transactions and manage any accounts. We only use personal data where it is necessary to fulfil your order, communicate key information, inform you of products and services related to your transaction or interests, and deliver customer support services. Wix uses encryption to secure your personal data.
 

Your personal information may be disclosed to reputable third parties who will help process your order, such as our logistics partners. Collective-Stories requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We will not release your personal information to any company outside of Collective-Stories for mailing or marketing purposes.
 

We shall retain data related to your purchases for a period of six years after your association with us has come to an end to comply with statutory limitation periods.

If you agree by giving us your consent, we may contact you with updates about our latest news and offers which we think may be of interest to you. We may also use your information to improve the relevancy of our marketing communications.
 

2. Data Retention

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of Collective-Stories. After you stop being a customer, we may keep your data for longer so we are able to respond to any questions or complaints and to comply with any legal and accounting requirements.
 

3. Data Transfers and the Use of Data Sub Processors

Collective-Stories will not share Subject data with a third party not directly associated with the provision of services without their explicit consent. Collective-Stories will also not transfer Subject data to a third party country outside of the UK or EEA that is not compliant with the applicable data protection laws via adequacy agreement, Binding Corporate Rules or other legally appropriate means as defined by the Information Commissioner’s Office without their explicit consent.

At Collective-Stories we make use of a number of 3rd party organisations so that we can deliver services to our customers. Whilst the following list is not intended to be exhaustive, Collective-Stories typically only transfers the personal data relating to our customers, where required for the activities set out below, to the following third parties or Data Processors:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account to us to a third-party account( such as Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation nd logon process for the performance contract.

  • Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our website.

  • To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

  • To protect our Services. We may use your information as art of our efforts to keep our Website safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

  • To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for business purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or in connection with our contract.

By interacting with Collective-Stories as defined in this policy, the Subject provides their consent for this transfer and use of our Data Processors and their Data Sub-Processors, and for transfer to any other appropriate third party Data Processor for the purposes of delivery of the Services and customer relationship management activities.
